Cancellations and Returns
CIRKIT will accept return of merchandise subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned below
- The Customer may not cancel orders once accepted by CIRKIT. However, in some cases, CIRKIT may, at its discretion and in writing, allow an order to be canceled where there is no fault with the product.
- In the event of cancellation, Customer service Executive must be contacted to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to dispatch of material.
- In event of cancellation of part of any order only, CIRKIT may invoice the Customer any difference in selling price per unit applicable to the quantity actually despatched up to the time of cancellation compared to the quantity ordered. All products are returned at the risk of the Customer and CIRKIT accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to them.
- In the event, that the material is dispatched to the CIRKIT office for return without prior approval, the CIRKIT may refuse to accept the return and return the products to the Customer at the Customer’s expense or may apply a handling charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing.
- For all returns, not falling within the manufacturer warranties, returns must be made within 7 days from the date of invoice.
- Return of material must be accompanied by the original invoice details, alongside document citing reason for return.
- Freight charges associated with the returns must be borne by the customer(s). C.O.D returns are not accepted
Military and Space grade products procured from cirkitelectro.com will be accounted under the non- cancellable and non-returnable basis (NCNR)
- Returns of materials relating to manufacturer warranties are subject to terms and conditions as applicable to the manufacturer’s warranty and applicable manufacturer return policy.
- By returning material to CIRKIT you represent and warrant that the returned product purchased from cirkitelectro.com is not counterfeit or otherwise non-conforming and does not violate the cirkitelectro.com counterfeit policy.
- Any ESD sensitive product returned that has not been handled properly will not be eligible for credit.
Refund against the In Invoice will be made directly in the bank account of the customer through NEFT/RTGS within 10 days of return approval, In case of any queries Customer can reach us directly by mailto: email@example.com
